Are your items new or used?
Most of our pieces are vintage, retro, or upcycled — which means they’ve had a life before they reached us. We carefully select each item for its character and quality, and we restore or refinish it only when needed to preserve its story and structure.

What does “upcycled” mean?
Upcycled furniture has been creatively repurposed or refinished to give it a new look or function, without stripping away its original charm. It's sustainability with style.

Do you take custom requests?
At the moment, we don’t offer custom furniture or commissions. However, feel free to get in touch if you're looking for something specific — we may be able to help source it.


đźšš Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK. If you're based in Europe and interested in a specific item, please contact us — we may be able to arrange international delivery.

How much is delivery?
Delivery fees depend on the size and weight of the item, as well as your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For larger furniture pieces, we may use a specialist courier.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. UK delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the courier and your location. We'll keep you updated along the way.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We package everything with care, but if something arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.

Can I view items in person?
Not yet — we’re currently an online-only store and do not have a physical showroom. We do our best to provide detailed photos and descriptions so you can shop confidently from home.

Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
We occasionally work with interior designers and stylists on projects. Please reach out to discuss trade enquiries.
