At Sitté, we take pride in carefully handling and delivering every piece of furniture we send out. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind and often vintage or upcycled, we take extra care to ensure they arrive safely and as described.
📦 Shipping Information
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you’re located elsewhere in Europe and interested in a specific item, feel free to contact us — we may be able to arrange custom delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your item. Smaller décor items are typically shipped via standard courier services, while larger furniture may require specialist delivery.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the item and your location:

You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is on its way.
Can I schedule a delivery time for large items?
Yes — our courier partners will usually contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery window for large or bulky furniture.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Sitté purchase, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:
Can I return an item?
Yes — we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Returned in secure packaging

Unused and unmodified
To initiate a return, email us at hello@sittefurniture.com with your order number and reason for return.
Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We do our best to package everything securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange a solution — either a refund or replacement (if possible).
Are any items non-returnable?
Due to the nature of our business, custom, clearance, or final sale items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
